Employment Solutions originated in 1992 as a family owned and operated independent staffing agency by Michael and Linda Phillips. At that time most of the area agencies were family owned. Over time most have become national corporations or franchises with the important decisions being made at a corporate headquarters in another state. Today, Employment Solutions is still family owned and operated by father and son, Michael and Adam Phillips.
