Nestled in historic downtown Elizabethton lies Dino’s Restaurant—the area’s local restaurant known for both Italian and American cuisine. The quaint restaurant has been in business since 1963, becoming historically rooted in the downtown area and offering a causal dining experience for all. It was founded by Dino Senesi, and Dino’s served the first lasagna in East Tennessee on June 20, 1963. After the original owner retired, Kent Williams took over the business to keep the restaurant in our area in 1995, and the restaurant remains in the Williams’ family to this day to carry on the tradition that Dino Senesi started.
For over fifty years, Dino’s Restaurant has served the area by providing quality food with fresh and pure ingredients. Dino’s Restaurant’s priority is to offer a family-friendly environment where everyone leaves satisfied. The employees at Dino’s strive to exceed every customer’s expectations from assisting in selecting dishes to offering any help you may need. Mr. Williams’ describes the restaurant’s employees as the “life blood” of the restaurant as they strive to make every customer feel like a “regular.”
The restaurant offers many options for everyone to choose from, including pasta, steak, salads, and sandwiches. They specialize in providing homemade and comfort classics for everyone to enjoy.
