Olive Oil Divine

Whether you are interested in experimenting with different flavors or just want to try something new, Olive Oil Divine will surpass all of your expectations with what they have to offer. The company offers a vast array of products, including the extra virgin olive oils and balsamic vinegars they are known for, but they also sell innovative balsamic based barbecue & hot sauces, grilling rubs, seasonings, spices, and smoked salts. Olive Oil Divine is not a franchise, instead, they are a single “one-and-only” store incomparable to others that provides you with all of your gourmet needs.

The company was started in November of 2014 by Greg and Shirley Mueller who stumbled upon a small olive oil store many years ago in Hilton Head Island, SC. Their love for authentic extra virgin olive oil and balsamic bloomed from there, as they wanted to bring the same experience to the Tri-Cities. Over the years, the growing stress of their jobs caused them to miss owning a business of their own. They finally became convinced that, “this type of business was for us, so we attempted to purchase the Hilton Head olive oil store.  That purchase never consummated, but we realized that God only intended to light our fire, so we would start our own business right here at home in Tennessee.” Shortly after in 2014, Olive Oil Divine was formed. Greg and Shirley each have their own professional backgrounds bringing a combined 67 years of experience to Olive Oil Divine. Previous owners of a print manufacturing business, their specialized business and trade skills, along with their real-life experiences, have armed them for the task of starting and operating Olive Oil Divine. They give full credit to God for bringing them to this point in their lives that allows them the resources and knowledge to start up their business from scratch.

Because of the freedom to purchase any product from any source of their choice, they can procure the freshest and tastiest craft-batch olive oils and balsamics in the world. Olive Oil Divine strives to help others live divine by providing the best curated olive oil, balsamic, and specialty food items in the world, encouraging healthy eating, and building relationships with customers through educational and exhilarating tasting experiences. Greg and Shirley wanted to bring the Tri-Cities authentic olive oil and balsamic vinegar to expand the gourmet availability of products in the area. The business has achieved a lot in such a short time, including receiving the KOSBE Business Award for Excellence in Retail in 2017. They were also selected for the Johnson City Press Readers’ Choice Award for the Best of 2018 Specialty Shop.

Stop in to Olive Oil Divine or visit their website, www.oliveoildivine.com, for all of your cooking and backyard barbecue needs this summer. For a free tasting of their products, visit Olive Oil Divine’s store at 2517 North Roan Street in Johnson City, TN.
